What is it about balloons that such simple objects can add so much to our experience? Is it something to do with the nature of balloons themselves — the shapes they can be manipulated into, the colors, the fact that they can lift a sick child's spirits or add life to just about any party? I don't really know what it is, but whatever it is just works. And, not surprisingly, balloons make great photography props; whether candids or posed portraits, balloons seem to contribute an added dimension of texture, depth, color and intrigue to an image.

Very cool! The hovering effect is really nice, but I am guessing its photoshop-ed. 🙂
