I fell in love with photography when I was very young. I don’t remember the exact age. I remember looking at pictures everywhere I went. Whether it be a photo, a magazine, or calendars. My first camera was a 110 camera. I had one that used a round disk, a 35 mm camera, and then digital. I also have tons of books on how to compose different shots. I would take portrait, landscape, animals…anything or anyone that would let me take a picture. I am always looking for ways of making my photography different…I have to be different. Anybody can point and shoot a camera, but they lack the ‘eye’, the ability to see the object/person in ways that bring out true beauty. I don’t have much experience in editing as I do taking a picture but I’m working on it. I tend to be a perfectionist, so editing can take hours! Perfectionism means, to me, less editing.
