I truly appreciate the links to new options for Photoshop…but many of these free plugins have dates from 2005-2007, etc.
Has Photoshops updates(3-6 versions) included/improved on these?

I offer some Photoshop resources on my website including many print quality brush packs, and some different actions as well.

There are tons of brushes out there, and some are geared more towards graphic design/digital art. Regardless, they can add some really interesting textures if used carefully.

Speaking of textures, stock or homemade images of things like paper can really add an interesting dimension to certain photographs. There are plenty of free resources if you search around.
