Light Stalking

Hey guys! I’ve been recently looking to submit my photography to some digital image licensing companies and I keep coming across a consistent requirement that the images be at least 48mgs and preferably TIFF files. Have you A) Come across this? B) Have any insight into storing files that big, en mass, while out on the road? I do a lot of travel photography in some remote places — usually 3 – 8 weeks at a time — and at 48mgs a piece, it seems like I’d be blowing through SDHC cards (in places where I can’t just buy more cards). Anyways, I’m just looking to take my photography in a more professional direction and am looking for pointers. I’ll post this in the Question Time Group as well. Thank you in advance!

I haven’t been gone more than a month at a time w/o the ability to transfer files to an external, but I’ve always been able to transfer than to my laptop. All that said I do have room for about 12000 files on my compact flash cards for my camera. I do know they have thumb drives in larger amounts these days, but I do not have one myself, that may be an option and if you have access to the internet you might also be able to utilize online storage.
