Hello from newbie member

Hi to the group. I have been taking lots of photos and have had some success with my people shots and flowers. Would really like to learn how to use my camera for long exposure water shots and shoot in raw among a hundred other things. I use Photoshop aftershot because that’s what I used at work…any ideas on what’s the best aftershot program and why?

Hi there Moureen and welcome to our place, I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful time here with us the Light Stalkers! First of all, don’t fear raw, it is just the natural format for your camera to create an image, jpegs are just interpretations of that information. I shoot both in raw+jpeg for previewing and editing (selecting keepers and deleting non-keepers) purposes. Please feel free to share some of your shots with us!
