Allows Edits? Yes@mkhurder Hi Michael, I absolutely love this image. The textures and patterns along the coast are brilliant along with the light and sky details.
What are your interests in photography and how long have you been shooting? Feel free to tell us a bit about yourself . Look forward to seeing more of your work 🙂

Hi,
I shoot landscape and wildlife with a few impromptu family candids.
I’ve been shooting since the 70s but not very well. I began shooting a Minolta 35mm film camera in Vietnam. My camera and over 50 rolls of undeveloped film were stolen on the way home. I got the duffel bag with my dirty laundry and boots, but no photo gear. 🙁 I took up with a point and shoot camera then and stuck with that until I started school in 2016.
I retired in 2015 and went back to school for photography. I do my own b&w developing, enlarging and printing now… at school. I hope to pick up color developing too. This part of the process is fascinating to me. One day, I plan to build a darkroom in my garage and will continue to shoot film along with digital.
Right now I’m in love with my D850 and mostly I shoot with that. I’m learning post processing as I go with Adobe’s CC suite.
This semester’s class is “Advanced Film Processing”, so I’m shooting a lot of 35mm film and will be shooting medium format soon.
I’ll be seeing you online I expect. Thanks for the props and I’m already impressed with what I see here. Keep shooting, folks,
MikeH

Allows Edits? YesHi Michael, sorry to hear that a bunch of films got stolen. I know the feeling 🙁
Good to hear that you are continuing to shoot film and digital and you are developing your own films. Photography school must be interesting. Good luck and look forward to seeing more of your images. Will check out your website 🙂

OOPS! Didn’t read that grayed out topic about intros and posting. Forgot to post exif data with photos. Will do better in the future.
Cheers,
MikeH

Allows Edits? YesNo problem Mike. You need to post exif data only when you post images to the shark tank, so members can advise on camera settings too. So no need to worry 🙂
