I’d like feedback on this image. There’s a lot about it that I like, but just not sure it’s a great candidate for competitions.

Agree with what Federico is saying about the processing, but for me it is the weird angles in this. The road going down from left to right could be acceptable, but then at the top it is going up from left to right. But I guess what I find the most distracting is the steps she is sitting on are sloping too much, level that off…

Allows Edits? YesHi there Jim, in order to my very personal taste the image has been post-processed too much, it is very saturated and that results in some funny looks. Although I’m not a huge fan of vertical framing, this one works fine for me. Maybe for the next time you could frame more in accordance to a more perpendicular perspective.
Keep it up Mate, and I highly suggest you to share more photos at the Shark Tank, you’ll get plenty of valuable feedback there.

Just like Federico suggested, you can post images like this in the Shark Tank forum, we’ll be glad to give you some feedback on them.
This image seems a bit over-saturated and I think it would look more visually pleasing if verticals were straight. Other than that, this is an engaging street photo with truly eye-catching colors.
