Passed this gallery in the foyer of the State Library on my way to the Mortlock Library. There were some particularly confronting shots taken immediately after a car bombing in Kabul (back wall towards the corner). I can't imagine taking shots like those in the moment, but its important work and needs to be seen by those of us shielded from such horrors. Respect to you Mr. Pook for being there!
