My interest in photography began when I borrowed my dad’s Box Brownie. I would photograph my friends with some trick shots. One was the ghost shot were I would place the camera on a drum, press the shutter with my friend standing in the picture. Then he would move away and I would press the shutter again without winding the film on. He would appear as a ghost. Another photo involved two friends holding one of their hands out and flat with a third person on a grassy rise a little distance behind them with his feet lined up so that he looked like a little person being held on the two palms. Also joining the local camera club opened up photography in such a way I was hooked for life.
