If you have even a passing interest in photography, then the chances are you have come across the work of famed war photographer Don McCullin. In fact, even if you have only a passing interest in the politics of the world than the same can be said.

McCullin's work from Vietnam, Biafra, Bangladesh, Lebanon, Northern Ireland, Iraq and Syria has appeared in almost every major newspaper and more thant a few history books.
But it was his images of the Vietnam war that cemented his place in the pantheon of great war photographers.
It's with a little sadness on our part to let you know that Don McCollum has just created what he is calling his last ever book which covers his time in the Vietnam war and includes a lot of images that have not been seen before by the wider public.
McCullin's new book revisit three periods during the Vietnam war where his most famous images were made – 1965-1967, 1968 and 1972 and interestingly, is the photographer's only book totally dedicated to this conflict.
The collection of images in the book includes 100 black-and-white shots as well as 20 Covid images of which have not been seen before.
Very interestingly, the photographer has decided to include many images of general life in that conflict beside the more war oriented images we are used to of soldiers and battles.
We will be able to grab a copy of McCullin's book in October when it is released by GOST books https://gostbooks.com/products/vietnam
