Fujifilm is a Japanese multinational company established in 1934, that manufactures products for photography, optics, medical imaging, biotechnology, pharmacy, etc. They started as a company that manufactures photographic films and still continue to do that.
In the 1940s, Fujifilm entered the market of optical glasses and lenses. In the 1980s, they developed digital technologies for photography, medical and printing fields. They are well known for their rangefinder cameras and film cameras.
Fujifilm is well know in the photography industry for their high end cameras including the medium format cameras and they have a huge range of affordable cameras from the compact ones for street photography, to bigger lenses and cameras for landscape, portraits and night photography. They also have a few cameras under the instax series that are popular among photographers who like to have small printed images in hand instantly.
